DEPARTMENT OF STATISTICS

The Department started functioning in 1964 and within three years, it became a full-fledged department. In 1972, it was merged with the Department of Mathematics. In July 1978 it was separated again. Since then, it has been working as an independent department, offering 4-year BS (Statistics), M.Sc. (Statistics), M.Sc. (Actuarial Sciences) and Diploma programs.
