Tender Notice (by Purchase & Stores Officer, University of Sindh, Jamshoro)

Sealed tenders are invited according to SPPRA rules 2010 for Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Security and Attendance System at the Sindh University Campus, Dadu from the dealers registered with income tax and sales tax departments. The tender documents alongwith terms and conditions can be had from the office of the Purchase and Stores Officer, University of Sindh from the date of uploading / publication of Tender Notice and collect before one day of the opening date mentioned below at the cost of Rs.1000/- each in shape of pay order of Account  No. CD-1 University of Sindh, Jamshoro (Non-refundable). The tender document will be received back on Wednesday,  October 10, 2012 upto 11:00 a.m. and will be opened at 12:00 Noon on the same day in the office of the Purchase and Stores Officer, University of Sindh in the presence of the dealers present at the time.

Dealers will have to produce Bid Security 2% of the offered bid in the shape of Pay Order / Bank Draft in the name of University of Sindh, failing which the tender document will not be entertained.

The University authorities (procuring agency) may reject all or any bids subject to the relevant provisions of PPRA Rules.
