Corruption in University

Good Day:

                            Friends I am informing you an  illegal appointment of a Research Associatet in Department of Criminology. This post was neither advertised  in newspapers nor on official site   of university. Amazangly this RA is a clerk of govt school in Distt Hyderabad. The actual fact is that this person is brother of Director Finance in Quaid-e-Awam University of Nawab Shah. I cannot understand a clerk how can join two government duties and how can conduct research. If any one can want to check my openinon, he can visit Department of Criminology and check the researrch work.  

              Now in these days the VC of our university is recording his protest against government on deduction of funds issues but other side why he is not trying to control their expenditures?

Other side of picture is that the authorties of universities are not releasing   scholerships for needy students due to lack of funds. A great justification about deduction of funds.
