On proceeding abroad of Dr. Nazir A. Mughal, Vice Chancellor, University of Sindh, on Ex-Pakistan leave the Governor of Sindh / Chancellor University of Sindh has been pleased to allow Prof. Dr. Iqbal Ahmed Panhwar, Pro-Vice Chancellor, Mirpurkhas campus, University of Sindh, to look after the routine affairs of the University of Sindh, except policy matters with effect from May 4th, 2010 to May 17th, 2010, vide Governor secretariat letter No. GS/1-8/2009(SO-I)539 dated 30th, April 2010.
